I found this link regarding vaccination, I’m not sure if it actually apply to the situation before the interview but it looks like it has a lot of helpful information.

Good job snoopy. I find it particularly interesting in the actual 12 page (the pdf file it links) instructions, how the physician is supposed to discuss any possible contraindications (side effects) that a patient could suffer from vaccines. Then there's on page 3 at the top info about the reliability of previous vaccines for shots they're having people repeat- yes folks... vaccines outside the USA are good!

So, if you have proof of vaccines that are like any other vaccination record found anywhere on Earth that is official, take it to the physical exam.

Also, print the 12 page instructions (http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dq/pdf/TI.pdf) in case you've had all the shots required for entry to the USA- and check this out... according to INS (USCIS), its not required for entry! Rather for AOS... HIGHLIGHT that information that shows that previous proof of immunity is SUFFICIENT for immunity and thusly, eliminates the need to be scammed into a repeat shot. If they get antsy with the applicant, its up to the applicant to take the matter up with the Embassy and follow up with USCIS to further the complaint process.

Just a little more info. Those that have never taken the shots are not included in this, since the shots are recommended anyway.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

Yep. Looks like this document says that vaccinations are not even required for K Visa holders.

"The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS) has determined that the vaccination

requirements do not apply to refugees and nonimmigrants, such as V or K visa applicants, at the time of

their initial admission to the United States. However, refugees and V and K visa holders must meet the

vaccination requirements when applying for adjustment of status or permanent resident status in the

United States (one year or more after arrival). Therefore, for refugee applicants, panel physicians must

complete a U.S. Department of State Vaccination Documentation Worksheet (DS-3025) if reliable

documents are available."

But is this current? I thought INS did not even exist any more.

I think the absolute majority of the regulations that kept the INS together, especially procedural instructions like these, stay the same through the name change to USCIS.

Point well taken, even though... the intructions are not DHS-related (Homeland Security); rather, more of a CDC issue. If USCIS or DOS had its own panel physicians conducting visa and AOS physicals then we probably would not be so upset at all this outsorced corruption being allowed to happen.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.
