Do i need to fill out a I-130 for a K1 visa?

My wife and I just got married 2 weeks ago. and now I am getting the AOS paper work together. She entered US on a K1 visa. Do i need to fill out a I130 and mail it along with I-485 packet?

Hey guys. Same question. My wife and I married within 90 days and also submitted the AOS. We however did not get her SSN. It was already past the 90 days that we went in to the SSN office but the social worker stated my wife's I-94 is past due and therefore she is here illegally?? A friend told us to file the I-130 that it will extend her visa.... I am confused because in many sources, all I needed to do was marry within 90 days and apply for AOS and just wait for the interview.
