OK im at day 143 and still waiting on my NOA2 from Vermont....My IMBRA RFE has been back to USCIS for 45 days now, and still nothing, Senators dont help, CS dont help, So what can i do to move things along?

As I told William, I was searching for an "angry woman, ready-to-jump-out-the-window avatar (especially when I saw a May 30 petition approval today) but when I found this I decided it was very very appropriate!!

Please don't waste any precious tequila on Ms. Poulos - she hasn't earned it!

Yeah looks like we have the same NOA1 date. You submitted a couple weeks before me though. You almost missed IMBRA... good luck to you, I hope you get an RFE very soon. That is just ridiculous, how they could continue to skip over you!

Hey anyone my application is also in Vermont .now why Vermont is proceeding slower than CA ,NA .. what is happening in Vermot now ???? is unbelievable to me .. :crying:

Pupe - there are many many many people with NOA1 dates of MARCH still waiting in California. Vermont is still generally faster. Patience . . . .if you feel this way now, imagine what people who have been waiting for 4 and 1/2 months feel like?

How can you have both I-129F and I-130 running concurrently? I don't understand.

With all the wasted time waiting on my I-129F, I am ready to go get married and start the I-130 process.

How can you have both I-129F and I-130 running concurrently? I don't understand.

With all the wasted time waiting on my I-129F, I am ready to go get married and start the I-130 process.

If you are already married and have an I-130 NOAl, filing the I-129 right away can make things move faster. The result is a non-immigrant visa so the spouse still has to adjust in the US.
