Physician wrote the wrong A-number in our sealed I-693 Medical

We haven't mailed in our AOS, but noticed on the copy of what's in our sealed I-693 that the doctor wrote my fiance's Admission Number, not his A-Number, on the form. Is this a big problem? Can we write a note explaining, or is it better to get the medical records again?

I would get a corrected one from the CS.

I would take the sealed I-693 back to the office. Explain what's wrong, and show them on the copy you have. Ask them to please unseal, correct, and reseal the medical. They should do this for no charge (their mistake). I would probably even call ahead to make sure they are open/someone is there who can do it.
