If you read that form completely, you would see, under "Who does not need to use Supplement A to form I-485" (page 2)

C. Are applying to adjust status as a spouse, unmarried minor child of a U.S. citizen etc.

Thanks so much for all the help guys! I'm going to go over all the forms again (and again and again!) before I ask more questions. We've been really busy trying to get everything together, so I'll let you know how it's going as it happens.
