It most probably will be October/November instead of September, since it will take six months on average, but perhaps you can get your visa by September! That would be awesome :yes: All the best!

Yes, you are right :thumbs: ; October is more probable, but once we all get the yellow package (pack.3), which I estimated would happen around September, I am confident we get the visa :)

February 2010 -- Applied for B2 visa, approved.

March 2010 -- Visited US.

April 2010 -- Returned from US.

May 2010 -- Sent in K1 Visa application.

July 2010 -- Received NOA2 in 71 days from NOA1.

July 2010 -- Packet 3 received.

August 2010 -- Cancellation of K1 Visa application.

we haven't set an exact date yet, but yes we are thinking of a winter wedding ;) . Maybe, Dec. 1 (national day of Romania :D )...It depends on when exactly I get the visa. At the end of the day, all that matters is that we reunite with our loved ones...and as soon as possible :P

I am also a May filer...sent my I-129f off on May 21st 2010. I really hope my fiance has her visa in hand by december....Im sick of this Pakistan situation and I just want to get her out of there. Considering the Pakistani situation, I also hope everything goes smoothly with the process. I have some friends who have recently got married and there fiances were here within 5 1/2 to 6 months. I wish everyone luck and hope the process goes well for everyone with no RFE's!!! Take care all

Also, my petetion was forwarded to the lockbox considering it had a lewisville, texas bank stamp on the back of the check, but i am still waiting for my NOA1 visa postmail. Is there supposed to be some kind of delay by the petition getting forwarded to the lockbox?

Hie Khandog25! I saw your other post on this thread, and if I'm not wrong, I think you need to send the I-129F to Vermont Service Center instead of a lockbox address? (But I may be wrong, thus forgive me if so.) And I feel for your fiancee in Pakistan! I read Pakistani news everyday (for my job), and I know how bad things are there right now. I hope you guys reunite soon!

well i sent it to the VSC and i guess they sent it to the lockbox in lewisville, TX...I think it has something to do with the changes that were made mid may or so. yeah i guess thats all you can is hope for the best. I hope everything works out with you as well

Alright guys, I recieved my NOA1 today and have tracked it at the USCIS website. My petition is currently under "initial review." Glad i recieved that first notice, made me feel good coming home to that today. Go Lakers!!
