Hello everyone,

I wanted to open a topic for all the people that have applied or will apply in May 2010.

Here you can compare cases and timelines, ask questions and hopefully get a response from someone familiar with your situation

I-485 Permanent Resident

APPROVED after 66 days from the day paperwork was sent! No more USCIS for awhile :)

05-04-2010 - AOS packet sent (I-485, I-130, I-864, I-765)

05-05-2010 - Packet received

05-07-2010 - Checks cashed

05-10-2010 - NOA 458, 130, 765

05-12-2010 - NOA hard copies received - Biometrics appointment for 5-28-10

05-18-2010 - Walkin biometrics at St Louis office completed early in the morning!

05-19-2010 - I485 touched

05-27-2010 - I130 and I765 touched

06-21-2010 - Called USCIS. Case at NBC still pending.

07-02-2010 - Called USCIS to expedite EAD

07-08-2010 - Interview letter. Appointment August 10 at 1:00 pm

07-15-2010 - I765 touched - Document production ordered

07-19-2010 - I765 touched - 2nd document production ordered

07-28-2010 - I765 EAD card received in the mail!!!!

08-10-2010 - APPROVED I-485 PERMANENT RESIDENT

08-10-2010 - I-485 Document production.

08-23-2010 - GREEN CARD IN THE MAIL!!! FINALLY

I-751 Removal of Conditions

05-10-2012 - ROC window open

06-11-2012 - Mailed I-751

06-13-2012 - Delivered at CSC

06-15-2012 - Check cashed

06-19-2012 - NOA received dated 6-13-12

06-28-2012 - Biometrics letter (dated 6-25-12) for 7-19-12

26 May 2010- I 485 touch (Day 8)

07 June 2010- Bio Letter (Day 20)

09 June 2010- Walk in rejected

24 June 2010- Bio Done (Day 36)

25 June 2010- Touch both (Day 37)

7 July 2010- Request expedite service (Day 49)

9 July 2010- Touch EAD card production ordered(Day 51)

12 July 2010- Touch EAD card production ordered(Day 53)

03/16/2010 - Sent AOS packages (USPS priority)

03/18/2010 - Package delivered at Chicago Lockbox

03/25/2010 - Checks cashed

03/26/2010 - All 4 NOA received. NOA date March 25

03/29/2010 - I130, I485, I765 and I131 touched

04/16/2010 - Biometrics notice received (finally!). Appt date is Apr 29

04/19/2010 - Walk-in biometrics done; I765 and I485 touched

04/20/2010 - I765 and I485 touched again

05/10/2010 - Interview Notice received! Called to expedite EAD

05/11/2010 - EAD expedite request rejected =(

05/17/2010 - Contacted congressman for EAD expedite

05/19/2010 - EAD and AP approved!

05/24/2010 - EAD approval email again. ??

05/31/2010 - AP received

06/05/2010 - EAD received

06/12/2010 - I130 and I485 touched

06-15-2010 Contact USCIS and congress office to see about the requested expedite

06-16-2010 Email from CRIS says application is pending expect and decision in 60days

06-17-2010 Email from USCIS stating RFE sent on 06-17-2010 for AOS

06-18-2010 AOS, EAD and AP touched but petition hasn't been touched since 05-25-2010

06-21-2010 RFE received (Petitioner's Signature on Joint Affidavit was missing)

06-22-2010 Priority Mailed RFE back to USCIS

06-23-2010 RFE Arrives at PO Box in Lees summit(picked up by USCIS 4:30pm)

06-24-2010 RFE received by USCIS and Case resumed
