How do I send an email to USCIS?

USCIS will not be able to help you with a petition submitted to CSC.

CSC will not be able to help you because they apparently no longer accept email. Even if they did, all you would get is a canned response telling you to wait until you are 30 days passed posted processing times before you contact them. Posted processing times are currently at March 6.

Many people are never touched. The reason so many here had so many touches is because first they transferred everyone to CSC and then they started to send out RFEs regarding their IMBRA fiasco.

At this early point, you are unlikely to get any valuable information from anyone "official". If you are 30 days passed the currently posted processing dates, your best bet at that point is to go directly to your senator.

OOPS! Within 5 minutes of my last post, I got TWO canned replies from the USCIS, so either the email address is closed, or the guy reading the email's is 'stalking' me on VisaJourney.com...

HEY USCIS GUY! If you are reading this, can I get some props for creativity? :P

Bill

Well, well, well, I hate to say it, but we told you so!

Seriously, now, Bill, I'm sorry they don't have the means to give you more accurate information. I know it sucks to be kept in the dark...

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

Patience is a virtue.

And difficult to come by with the USCIS.

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.
