hello evrybody .i am here to aske about somthing .so if some one can help i will say thanks you ..

anyway i had engaged an amirican girle for 2 years but i broke her up 2 munths ago coz i was told that she is pregnant for sure and she is living with her bf ..anyway i had paied alot of money for her . like house rent and other stfus like mobile..and bills aolso she took money from me and taht money was for our weeding in the united states ..i sent an email to the amirican embassy tellingthem that we just broke up but i did not tellthem why we broke up......they reply to me asking me for doguments orproves indaciting that i termenited the realation...i called the church and i told them that my fiance cheat on me and she got prgnant of some one else ..they said we will proessing your paper and you wil have the permation to end the realation ..and we willgive you proves that you ended the realation ....this what happend ..what can i do about my ex-fiance can i do somthing ? what if i tell the embassy ..can they do anything ?can i get her to the court?

so please if anyone has information .let me know and thank you for help

Unless you have proof that the money you sent was for the wedding then I doubt there's anything you can do.

It sucks but you gave your fiancee/gf "presents" or "gifts". You cannot get those gifts back unless she gives them back to you or unless you can prove they were a "loan" (documents/emails stating it). You were simply supporting your fiancee/gf, you didn't pay her to marry you (I hope) or pay her to be with you, unfortunately you were taken for a ride.

That's a powerful church (just saying).

You've not much legal recourse to recover this money. YOU CAN FILE a civil case in a USA county court, but you'll need legal representation.

If it's under 30,000 USD, IMO, it's not worth it - the legal fees that you pay to an attorney will eat up any amount awarded in any judgement against her.
