Aqui esperando por la cita, sera que alcanzaremos para Septiembre???? Mi bebe nace el 15 de Septiembre y estoy rogando para que mi mama pueda estar aqui con nosotros.

Bueno definitivament no nos toco entrevista en Agosto. Acaba de confirmar con una operadora de la NVC que las citas en Bogota para el mes de Agosto se agotaron. :crying:

Toca esperar a ver si alcansamos para Septiembre. :dance:

Hola a todos,

Voy a tener mi entrevista el prox 27 de julio, me acabo de dar cuenta que mi esposo lleno la forma I864EZ y no la I 864, lei las instrucciones que aparecen en el siguiente link:

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3197.html.

Al parecer la i864ez es cuando solo hay un aplicante (mi caso yo viajo sola).

Uds creen que voya tener problemas por esto?????Estoy preocupada...

Quienes ya han pasadopor el proceso...a que horas han salido de la embajada???? Tomao el día la entrevista???

Yo al igual que el llene la I-864EZ es solamente una version mas corta que la I-864. Hay ciertos requisitos para poder llenar la EZ.

1. Usted es la persona que presentó o es presentar el Formulario I-130,

Petición para Familiar Extranjero, a un familiar con el patrocinio;

2. El pariente que está patrocinando es la única persona que aparece en

el Formulario I-130;

3. El ingreso que se utiliza para calificar se basa enteramente en

su nómina o pensión y se muestra en una o más formas

W-2 proporcionado por su empleador (s) o ex empleador (s).

si es asi entonces no hay ningun problema.

Patricia,

No se preocupe que para eso se envía todo al CNV antes de que envíen el caso a la embajada. Si por alguna razón hubieran tenido que mandar el formulario I-864 en vez del I-864EZ, ellos le hubieran informado y no le hubieran completado el caso hasta que lo mandaran. Como el caso ya está en la embajada, es porque todo estuvo bien hecho en el CNV.

Ayer fue mi entrevista y me fue bien, fui sola, no me pidieron el registro de imigracion de mi esposo, duro la entrevista solo 5 min o 10 no recuerdo, no miraron ninguna evidencia, los únicos lunares fuern que la señora que revisa los papeles al comienzo me puso probelma y resalto el rojo mi registro civil pues era muy viejo (2008), que angustia. Y lo otro es que la ultima vez que tuve una visa tenia que sair en feb 19 y yo sali el 18 de feb, o sea un día antes, la consul me señalo con el dedo esa fecha en mi pasaporte y luego miro mi record migratorio y no dijo nada.

Mi angustia ahora es sera que me pondran problema para entrar, o sea en el aeropuerto??? fue solo un día pero no se.

Una paraja de visa k1 se demoro mas con ellos que conmigo...en fin

Me preocupa es lo de mi anterior visa a la entrada a USA.

solo un update para los que siguen en su proceso. Nos acaban de informar en el NVC de que nuestra cita es para el 16 de Septiembre. :dance::dance::dance:

Espero que esto les sirva a los que aun no reciben su cita para que tengan una idea mas o menos que tanto se esta tardando las citas en Bogota. Terminamos con el NVC el 24 de Junio y hasta apenas hoy nos asignaron la cita.

hola a todos, soy nueva aqui en este foro, pero lo he venido siguiendo desde hace muchos dias y gracias a ustedes me he ido asesorando mucho en este caso, estoy muy feliz porque por fin me dieron la cita en Bogota, mi caso lo cerraron el 12 de julio, y hoy nos enviaron a mi esposito lindo y a mi la carta con la cita para el 20 de septiembre. espero que me vaya muy bien, y tambien a todos los que estamos en este proceso, byeeee :D
