How long before we receive DS3032 via Email?

Do we have to wait? or just send it right away?

did you call NVC, talk to an operator, exchange email addresses? IMO, you should be asking for "AOS FEE BILL VIA EMAIL" and not the DS-3032.

If you have talked to NVC Tele-Operator, exchange email addresses, GOTTEN yer MNL casefile number,

then you can send in the DS-3032 via postal mail (write the MNL casefile # in black sharpie pen )

or use the DS-3032 email template at http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

The 'timetick' to send it in, really, is 'when you receive MNL casefile #' but I do suggest , instead, to wait until you have 'AOS FEE BILL' in yer email.

yes i got my MNL case#

yes i spoke to operator we give them our email adresses and the operator told me wait for few weeks to send further instruction on our email..

should i wait for AOF Bill before i send my ds3032 via email?

or i can send it now?

IMO - call back, ask for 'AOS FEE BILL VIA EMAIL'.

i just call them 5min ago.. i told them to send the AOS fee bill Via email

and they said yes.. they will send it 4-6 weeks?

it should be that long? or they will send it anytime soon?

should i send the DS3032 now? or wait for AOS fee bill?

Yes call them back. I waited and had to verify with them again (check my timeline). After the second call I got the e-mail within a couple of days. I sent the DS-3032 right after getting the AOS bill by using the format in the WIKI: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

We sent the DS-3032 on 8 Feb 2010. (9feb in the PI...I was there at the time)

they had my our email and it was correct...

they just got my case yesterday monday 05-17-10

No doubt about it...Darnell and Scott/Mhay give good advice!

We were a bit over exuberant maybe....as soon as we had our NVC case number we emailed the DS-3032 (followed the WIKI as shown by Scott/Mhay).

Two days later they acknowledged via email...and one day after that they emailed our AOS & IV bills.

We paid them online the same day!

Absolutely NOT suggesting anyone should what we did...had I read a bit more....we would have waited....but thanks to God it worked out!
