Our case has just been forwarded to the embassy last week. It took only one business day for NVC to do it. They recieved on Aug. 3rd and sent it out on Aug. 4 ! Amazing isn't it ?? Good luck to all VJ family, may God bless you guys.

:dance: Congratulations!! :dance: I called NVC this evening and they said they received our petition on Aug. 3rd and have assigned it a case number. Hopefully they will be sending it out to the Consulate also very soon. :thumbs:

My case was received at NVC on the 3rd also! It was sent to the embassy the next day and it arrived in New Delhi, India today. :yes: Things are moving right along now! However, now comes the long wait for the packet 3 and interview date. I understand my embassy is running about 6 weeks out with interview dates.
