We tried to imagine what would happen if any White candidate had attended a Church which had a "White code" called the WHITE VALUE SYSTEM...for it's members to follow and how the M. Stream Media would have responded?

Here lets take a look at it because up until this point in the game I was actually believing the Obama-hype myself (not that I would have voted for him) BUt Rev Wright was the first serious RED FLAG about the inner Obama.

Obama only needed Wright and his church to establish his credibility among blacks because Obama was an outsider himself as his background wasn't typical. But now he doesn't really need to consider the black community as he's got their vote sown up no matter what happens. High unemployment- not a problem. High number of foreclosures- not a problem.

Scary thought, I agree.

When he was new to the political scene in Chicago, he didn't attend any church and was considered an intellectual. Like you say, his background wasn't typical, nor was it deep rooted in Chicago. One of his early political mentors suggested he attend the church. I don't think he's shunning the black community, but he is by no means catering to them or focusing on black issues. I don't think he should either.... poverty, unemployment and home foreclosures are not exclusive to the black community.
