The beneficiary is the one who will have the interview not the petitioner. Your interview will not take place at NVC,for either of you but at (USEM) US Embassy Manila for the (immigrant) beneficiary.

Unless, it's been 5 months since your NOA1, there's no point calling USCIS.

2 months is not unusual to wait for NOA2, it can take up to 5 months. You should be able to check the status of the petition online.

If your husband does not work, he will need at least 3 times the poverty line in assets, or a co-sponsor.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

hello, so the NOA2 approval will wait up to 5 months that is a maximum? It is okay if his co-sponsor is one of his family members?

There is no exact maximum, but at 2 months, you have nothing to worry about yet. Unfortunately, visas take a long time (mine was only so short because my husband lived with me abroad).

I believe it is actually considered a positive thing in the Manila embassy if the co-sponsor is a family member.
