Aloha, this CRBA has been bugging me for the last 7 years now because, I cannot apply my kids their CRBA. I am a US citizen mom of 3 children ( Byronn 7, Shasta 4, and Mat-mat 2) in the Philippines, and all of them are born there. I have all the necessary requirements to apply them the CRBA but except for one thing. I don't have enough years of Physical Presence in the US when they where born that is why I went back here to Hawaii to fill the gap. My husband is the father of my third child ( but not the first 2)and we are married. For my oldest son....the legitimate father signed his birth certificate, but never gave financial support ever since my son was born.

What is the best way to do to apply my kids their CRBA in this situation? Is there any chance to apply them the CRBA while I am here in Hawaii. Is 5 ACCUMULATIVE years enough to start their papers...i am just so confused and I just miss them soooo much. :( :( :(. And can my husband be the financial back-up for the kids paper works???

I just need an answer ASAP...please
