Does having child with fiancee mean auto approval?

Its the way of the world...*SOME* (note-not all) people believe that just because they've decided to reproduce, they get preference to all the resources and common courtesy doesn't apply. Anyone who has ever gotten broken toenails in the shop when some bird leaves her gargantuan pram in the middle of the aisle on top of your foot knows exactly what I mean. Or when the little terrors show up to your sister's wedding in white because "They just look so precious!"

I'm completely convinced that there's a recessive gene that causes situational stupidity at birth. Maybe it has something to do with the transition from person to food source and back...can't say. But that's just my hypothesis.

As far as commitment? We all need to be committed, this whole visa process is driving everyone crazy.

auto approval??? hardly. If anything, it may delay the entire process.

If you were married they would automatically put your hubby on the Birth Certificate as the father (as is done here). Since you are not married, they may request further testing that the USC is indeed the father of the child before they would consider him as a USC or issue any documents.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

Cian you seem a bit angry the op was only asking a question and if you look closely he is new to vj so why not be a bit more considerate and show some restraint.

That was his first post here after being new member for only 10 minutes.

Its not like he is trying to cut in line at the local mcdonalds and get the last hamburger and fries and leave you with none.

He is just asking a valid question that any concerned parent would ask.

This is supposed to be a support forum not a venue for spewing your anger and attitude towards other people.

Quoting the the famous words of rodney king "why cant we all just get along"

What anger? What attitude?

The OP made a pretty nasty remark about adopted kids vs. "real" kids. I mentioned it. I didn't blast him/her about it; I mentioned it. I also pointed out that asking about having kids together equaling auto-approval wasn't likely to go over well.

All I did was make a few comments and ask a few questions. I didn't act "inconsiderate" or show a "lack of restraint". And yes, VJ is a support forum. It isn't a place to support attempts to "streamline" the process by getting pregnant though. Read the first few posts again. The OP zeroed in very specifically about his/her main concern - that having a kid together would show "validity of relationship".

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

I find this response about spewing anger far less tactful than Cian's post.

I would love the answer to john and marlene's question.

Is there a reason you think you might be denied? That might be the real questions you should be getting info about.

Finally finished with immigration in 2012!

well the next thing is you start viewing responsible parents with their children differently. I know adoption does not give one smthng biological children have with their parents, so i understand where you are coming from.

Oh really??? How would you know this? You really got a lot of nerve. I was adopted when I was 19 days old. Explain to me what I'm missing since I wasn't raised by my biologocal parents. No actually let me tell you what I'm missing. ABOSOLUTELY NOTHING!! Why don't you do us all a favor and piss off!!

All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.

I have two children with my fiance, my son is 4 and my daughter is 2. I have the problem that I did overstay my VWP. I hate to rain on the parade here but when I applied for a simple visitors visa to go over there for the birth of our daughter it was refused because of the children.

I'm hoping that it will not screw up my fiance visa.

Having kids doesn't oil the slope for you but I'm hoping that it will at least make them think kinder about my cockup.

In case no one guessed, I'm adopted too. I love hearing the "Adopted kids don't have that "thing" with parents like "real" kids do....." comments. Maybe that's a persons' way of justifying adding more spawn to an already over-populated planet......to get that "connection" that you just don't get from buying a used kid.

If you stayed over 180 days you will probably be denied a visa. However that doesnt mean you will get your petition denied.

At your interview you will be told you are ineligble for a visa and will have to file a waiver. Recommend you start reading up on that process and get your paperwork in order for that as you can turn your waiver in at the interview (at most embassies).

My fiancee also has an overstay and we are almost positive a waiver will be required.
