anyone at the last stages of NVC???

My husband sent the IV packet May 11th and NVC received/signed it the next day (May 12th). AVR hasn't updated their system yet that IV packet has been received . I hope not to get RFE's for our last packet sent.

But no interview date assigned . I talked to operator and she said unfortunately they have done assigning interview dates for the month of june so I will have to wait for July dates. Question is how soon I can hear from them about the interview date? Is it June 7, that they will start to assign dates for July?

Also Like to know when does NVC send the completed packet to Embassy, is it after they assign the interview date and then send the packet to embassy? So I can start to track the packet on DHL website.?

i'm hoping they'll review my ds230 with no RFE's at the end of this week and i'll b doneeeeee.

anyone else getting their case closed at NVC in these upcoming 2 weeks??

i just sent my cr1 form the last one ...with the ds-230 form ....i callled them they said i have to call them next week ....lets see what gonna happened ...did they recieved it ??....they dont know so i have to find that out next week.....and god knowss how much longer it gonna take after that ....it sucksss.....i applied in oct 2009....so letss see i liked your post man coz you are waiting too just like i am so we are going through the same situationss....u can understand me and i can understand you ...same from pakistan and same waiting for the wifeyyy........ok reply back with thhe updatesss.....khuda fizzz

About a week after your interview is assigned the AVR will update to say your package has been sent to the Consulate. Use the day before the AVR says your package was sent as your reference point.

I also checked the dhl tracking site and no packages have been shipped yesterday so does it mean that operator was right ?

like seriously, operator told me that they got the ds230 mail on may 13 and its under review since may 18. 3 days for them to look at 5 papers??? lolz how long it does it take??

The answer, on that one, is YES. Your Embassy is in the 'pool of 2nd week' - so you'll be glommed in with 'that group', next month. (Barring any further AP during the final review )

The AVR is the same number u call as when you go to talk to an operator.. I call the number out of hours when there is no operators available and i get through to the avr its just a computer that will ask you if you want info about your visa process and then it will ask for you case number and the computer voice will tell you what your status is

AVR= Automated Voice Recording (you get this when you call that number 603.344.0700. and after punch in your case number you will get to hear message regarding your case)

CC = Case complete

LIF = Login failed (you will fail to login when your case is complete, it is the same website where you logged in to pay your Visa Fee and AOS fee online).

SIF = Sign in failed (same as LIF)

RFE = Request for further evidence

soo weird.... the AVR is saying "checklist letter response received on the 20th""" b4 it said may 13.

i just called an operator, instead of confirming me/my spouse's name DOB address etc. she asked me everything to tell her lolz never happened b4.

she said she doesn't know y the AVR changed the date but the ds230 is still under review since the 18th
