documents expire one day before interveiw date !!!

Hi everyone, my interview is next week and some of my documents ( police certificate, court records and birth certificate ) expire one day before my interview date,here in my country the validity time for those documents is three months, i got new ones today but im still confused about the translation, should i translate them to english or no ? thanks for your help

Use the old ones. Their Moroccan expiration dates are meaningless to the US Consulate. Court records and birth certificates are not considered to "expire" and a police report is accepted if obtained no more than twelve months before the interview.

thank you pushbrk , i called the us consulat here in morocco this morning and the guy i talked to was confusing, he said just dont miss your interview, if we need new documents, you will bring them later, i think i will just go ahead and translate them in case they want them, you never know hahah, thank you again for your help

It's always a good idea to have translation of all foreign documents. It even says so in the USCIS website and instruction manual.

Good luck at the interview! IT is a good idea, carry the old one, and just in case, the new one.
