Did you write them back? I would write them back to see if they can give you an explanation as to why it is not processed yet. Thats ridiculous! Don't let them off that easy girl!

Did they ever say why it was taking soooooo loooonnngggg, please I pray this is not the case in June,Does this only apply to K-1 visa or all visas....Maybe I should send an e-mail

Ugh- Sugar, that is so frustrating! I am so sorry to hear you guys still have not received it. Thats just insane!

Ok guys, listen to this. I did an Infopass appt today, the lady was very nice. The security guard was also trying to pick me up and said he knew me HA! I know he knows me from around the area. Anywho I explained the situtation and she could not understand herself what was going on. I told everything that I did and that I was not getting a response from the embassy. We talked like we was chatting it up about the whole thing. So she said the only thing that she can do is try and get in contact with the embassy herself and see if she can get an answer out of them.

I also called DOS and they lady today was nice also she started to look to see what was going on. She saw the notes that they said the realtionship was crediable so she could not understand why I did not have the visa as yet.

She also did not see any notes to the reason why. URRRGHHH.

It seems that the case is lost on someones desk.

Hopefully I will get somewhere by the end of the week.
