Hello, I am currently petitioning both of my parents from the Philippines. I am also the only sponsor for them. The Case for both says it's CASE COMPLETE. Due to a scar on my fathers lungs they require a Sputum test, so most likely their interview date that was set for June 16th will be moved. My question is, since the status is CASE COMPLETE can I quit my job here in the states and move back to the Philippines now? I am planning on catching the upcoming school year which starts in June. Do I have to be in the states until they finish their interview and get their green card? Thank you!

DON'T QUIT YOUR JOB TILL YOUR PARENTS ARRIVE IN THE USA.ONE OF THE REQUIREMENTS IS THE PETITIONER MUST BE DOMICILED IN THE USA.I HAD A FRIEND WITH SIMILAR SITUATION WHO MOVED TO HIS COUNTRY AND WHEN WHEN HIS PARENTS WERE APPROVED FOR THEIR VISAS,SO WHEN THEY ARRIVED IN THE USA THEY WERE DENIED ENTRY AT THE POE.THINK ABOUT IT...A LITTLE DELAY IS NOT TOO MUCH.... BOY, DON'T PUT YOURSELF INTO TROUBLE....
