I still think it would be a problem. For instance there is a fairly knowledgeable person in the upper forum that everyone loves to hate, just because he's made some bad choices in the past. I could see his advice getting knocked simply because people dislike him.

Adding the "-1" (like, how does that work again?) back into posting would be a good idea. Adding it into everywhere except OT is plain nuts.

All this positive reinforcement, +1's only, is way too PC for VJ, especially OT.
