Lemme check the kennels.

Ummm, we have Daisy, Debbie, Dougal, Dooley, David, Davina, Dirk, Dimity, Delilah, Darren, Dennis, Declan, Damon, Duncan, Dilbert, Douglas and Pete. Is that enough?

Where's #######?

I had him trained to pee on people's feet.

Our journey together on this earth has come to an end.

I will see you one day again, my love.

Crisis averted. "Richard" was located and he has been drinking water all evening. Right, dachshunds are prepped (even Pete, that loveable but dimwitted scamp), the army is almost ready (need more chocolate milk)... We need the Generalissimo of Special Tactics to come up with a whizzbang plan for certain success, though. :(

I think I know who's going to be in charge of Special Tactics.

Let me get on my regulation petticoat (lined with kevlar).Troops, the time is nigh. We have waited long enough. We have tried diplomacy. We have tried bribing with peamel bacon. These methods clearly will not work on site admin. We must take the -1 back by force. Look deep into your dark, dark souls tonight for the fortitude you will surely need as we begin the rescue of -1 at dawn.

Shouldn't this division be called S.W.A.N.T?

Special Weapons And No Tactics?

Since I am discouraged to make contact with a certain unnamed individual when they act like an ####### (and since a mod won't answer a private message THEY sent about that individual), it would be nice to have a -1 to deal with that member's "dickishness"!

Better bring Daemon too, the others just scratch and lick themselves if he isn't there to lead them.

Check, Commandant Val. I'll fetch him from the underworld post haste.

That is EXACTLY why I keep up this fight, unabated, day after day, with my comrades and my dachshund army.

The good thing is we can eat the wiener dogs if we get hungry on our quest.

I think I am a little afraid of Commandant Val now. Probably for the best.

Just don't admit you're hungry and ask if we're having hotdogs for lunch. You never know what you might get.

Oldie-but-goodie, si man:

Two immigrants arrived in the U.S. by boat. They entered New York City, marveling at their new environs.

"The Americans have different customs," said one. "I understand that they even eat dogs."

"Strange," said his companion, "but, if we are in America, we should do as the Americans do."

They spied a hot-dog vendor and raced up. "Two dogs, please," they said. The vendor, only too happy to oblige, handed them two items wrapped in foil. The immigrants hastened to a park bench, where they eagerly began unwrapping their "dogs."

The first immigrant partially unwrapped his, then froze in horror. Shortly, he whispered, "What part did YOU get?"
