Look the only thing the guy should be saying is we had an accident while following the lenient laws written to protect against such accidents.

We are sorry for the mess it is causing and are working to clean it up and the cost will be on us and our shareholders.

I am foregoing my annual Bonus until the mess and the effects of the spill is cleaned up.(If he states this I would not stand any where close to him because lightning will strike....many times!!!!)
