my fiancee (now my wife) said I was pathetic , I was planning to propose to her in front of the place where we first met (our old school in elementary) but when we went back there, it was closed and its dangerous to propose outside the school gate at the road  so I just proposed to her when we got back to their old house without any fancy or dramatic effects

I proposed to mine at the Bocobo Hotel in our room before going to bed. She said "YES" and it was a done deal from there. I'm not into the mushy stuff so that worked out really good. We has some intense "BOOM-CHIKA-WOWOW" after I proposed to her, lasted all night long and fell asleep with a smile on my face.

Such a romantic Jason

I did the same though..Hahah! I actually had to come clean as soon as I met her parents. The first question her mother asked was, "what are your intentions with our daughter?" I only THOUGHT I was sweating before that :wow:. After we went back to our hotel it was kinda a formality then. Way to go Nanay!! jeeesh..

Yeah Kevin very unforgettable hehehehe.......

I'll tell you what, she wasn't lying when she told me that I was her first......heheheh lolz.

Proposing to her really broke the ICE in many ways, I have no regrets whatsoever. Ive known her for over 3 years, kinda wish i have done all this earlier.

I asked online... hehe... and she said yes, in every church! Not such a romantic start, but I guess all roads lead to Rome. Baby is due in just 2 months now, and we are very happy together.

This would have been our 2nd, but she had a miscarriage when she first got pregnant after wew got married in the Philippines. This will be a boy though, and he is very strong.

I'm just curious

Hey...tell us your story!

I like it...your fiancé has a sense of romance...

Jason...I'm trying to think of a word which is the opposite of "romantic." :bonk:

I proposed to Gladys in a romantic restaurant at the top of the Fuente Towers Crown Regency in Cebu. That is the top of the city in Cebu. We had a romantic dinner and then I proposed after dinner on one knee and held her hand, then showed her the ring.

I'm the wife of an American Soldier;

I'm the hope that lives within him after storm clouded days.

The freedom from war that gives wings to his heart,

May they reach across the miles and bind our hearts together

against all that we must face in this world.

We were in Boracay back in November..

In the morning we rode jet skii's.. Or actually, she drove and I was holding on for dear life.

We went swimming in the ocean in the afternoon, and took a catamaran in the early evening. Later that night we enjoyed a dinner by the beach and then had a personal fire dancer show at the Bamboo Lounge. We were walking back to the hotel with our feet in the ocean looking up at the moon.. Along the way I stopped and got down on one knee. I told her she was the love of my life and I wanted to spend the rest of it with her. I started to ask her if she would marry me, and she said yes before I could even finish speaking.. And she was crying as I put the ring on her finger.
