I always thought the king's color was yellow.

That goes to the color of the day he was born, Monday.

Sunday - Red

Monday - Yellow

Tuesday - Pink

Wednesday - Green

Thursday - Orange

Friday - Light Blue

Saturday - Purple

Check the flags of the whole royal family. It follows.

Yes, she's here. Here are my photos from the red zone today...

I already posted the link in Sawasdee 4, but it may be more appropriate here. The Thai ambassador to USA was interviewed by the BBC. At the end, the reporter asked, "so you're saying that Thaksin Shinawatra was behind the protests?" The ambassador responded "if you ask 100 Thai

people, 200 will say 'yes.'" That made me laugh out loud, typical Thai saying.

The sound quality was very poor so I used headphones.

He has a very difficult job having to explain the recent events to the world.

I just met an Australian woman who was working in East Timor with her husband.

She said they often go to Thailand and love the country. They were there in March

& April when the situation started getting hot and she said it the restraint with which

the government was handling the red shirts was remarkable.

I don't fault them for using live ammunition when things got out of control, as the

ambassador said. They had proven that the force they were using was increasingly deadly.
