I wanted to know if how much is the visa application fee for IR-1? Is it 131 $ or 400 $??? Help!!!!

Says K-3 is 131$, well then K-3 turns to be IR-1, now am confused for this fee...

gurl, k3 un visa mo diba sa $131...

Oo nga gurl, bat sa medical ko kasi IR-1 nilagay nila hay confusing talaga because magbabayad na ako bukas...

ok para d k ma confuse magbayd ka ng $131 sa BDO tapos magdala ka ng $400 convert mo s peso sa interview mo. just in case pbayarin k may pambayad ka

K-3 is $131 and you can make the payment at any BDO branch. CR-1/ IR-1 is $400 and your husband pays for this at NVC during the process. Now, if you have pursued the CR-1/ IR-1 and paid for it, you can switch your case at the Embassy from K-3 to CR-1. But your husband need to call them ahead of time (my husband called Embassy fews day before my actual interview) and then switch it the day of your interview. That's what we/I did.

her case is really confusing - she doesn't know which visa she's interviewing for on the 21st,

and she doesn't know if it's a 're-affirmed petition' or a new petition.

If anyone can sort her out, please - she needs HELP !
