when will IRS have 2009 tax transcript available?

I did my taxes in Feb, was able to request my '09 transcript the 3rd week in April. I'm not sure how long they need, but if you call they should be able to let you know.

OUR JOURNEY

Met: 5/18/07

Married: 2/7/08

I-130 mailed: 3/11/08

NOA 1: 4/22/08

NOA 2: 7/11/09

Received by NVC 8/12/09

DS 3032 submitted: 11/16/09

Paid I-864 Bill: 11/18/09

Paid IV Bill: 11/19/09

Mailed I-864: 11/20/09

Mailed DS-230: 1/12/10

RFE: 1/26/10

All Materials Received by NVC: 2/16/10

Case Complete @ NVC: 3/1/10

Interview Assigned: 4/15/10

AVR updated-Case forwarded to Montreal: 4/16/10

Medical in Toronto (Passed!): 5/10/10

Interview in Montreal: 5/20/10 -Nope, she refused to accept my '09 taxes, said we have to mail them in.

Forget it, I'm moving to Canada! ?/?/10

Ok...I might wait until next year to move. Something could happen...right?!!!?

only got 2008, 2007...

2009's is available. You can call IRS to request your 2009 tax transcript as I have requested mine at the end of April. Ask them to fax to you if possible or they will mail it to you.

2/5/16, I-130 package delivered to USCIS (for Dad)

2/11/16, NOA 1 receipt date

5/5/16, RFE received

5/23/16, gathered all docs required by RFE, package delivered to USCIS

6/2/16, USCIS confirmed receipt of Request for Evidence

6/9/16, I-130 approved

6/13/16, NOA 2 received

6/17/16, case is in NVC building but not yet in the system

7/1/16, finally case is in the system, GUZ case# assigned

7/5/16, received welcome letter, choice of agent form and AOS fee bill

7/6/16, choice of agent request submitted on line

7/6/16, AOS fee bill payment submitted

7/7/16, AOS fee showing PAID

7/18/16, submitted AOS, Financial docs and Supporting Docs via email

7/18/16, IV fee bill received, payment submitted

7/19/16, IV fee showing PAID, case# changed, GZO# assigned

7/22/16, Submitted DS-260 on line

8/13/16, case completed, interview date - 9/8/2016

8/19/16, physical exam

8/25/16, got exam result - passed

9/8/16, interview passed

10/4/16, Immigrant Visa Fee $165 Payment Completed online

10/8/16, Arrived at JFK

11/16/16, status updated "began producing the card for Form OS155A"

11/22/16, status updated "card is ready to ship"

11/25/16, status updated "the Post Office picked up mail containing your new card", tracking# included

11/26/16, the package arrived at local post office and is ready for pickup

11/28/16, received 'pickup notice' from USPS

2009's is available. You can call IRS to request your 2009 tax transcript as I have requested mine at the end of April. Ask them to fax to you if possible or they will mail it to you.

do you mean i have to talk to operator to rquest it? when did you file yours? I filed mine on 4/15, and the automated system said my 2009 transcript is not available yet.

IMO, will be available 3 days after yer NOA-2 date.

(that's a joke, btw. you filed the I-130 this month, you have some time to wait - it's a great idea to use the waiting time for the tax transcripts, not worry about them today )

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I filed our tax in early March, IRS operator said processing takes about 2 to 3 weeks after they receive it. Got our 2009 transcript early April.

11/05/09 - Sent I-130 for mother via snail mail

11/13/09 - Received NOA1

03/05/10 - Received NOA2

03/11/10 - Case entered into NVC system, MNL case # assigned

03/18/10 - Sent DS3032 via E-mail

03/24/10 - DS3032 entered into NVC system

03/25/10 - Received IV Fee bill by E-mail, PAID both IV and AOS Fees on-line

03/26/10 - AOS Bill showed as PAID (still waiting for 2009 Tax Transcript from IRS)

03/29/10 - IV Bill showed as PAID (still waiting for mother's documents from the Philippines)

04/09/10 - Sent AOS Package by snail mail

04/12/10 - NVC received AOS package

04/19/10 - Sent IV Package by snail mail

04/21/10 - NVC received IV package

04/28/10 - AOS accepted (received checklist re:IV package even if NVC received it already)

05/03/10 - Sign In FAILED!!!!!!!!!!!

05/05/10 - AVR message: "CASE COMPLETED ON 05/04/10"

05/12/10 - Received interview letter via e-mail

05/17-18/10 - Medical Exam

06/16/10 - Interview Appointment @ the Embassy (Canceled because of sputum and culture test, 2 months waiting)

08/05/10 - New Interview Appointment

We filed ours on 4/13/2010. I called at the end of April and they told me the transcript is availble. So i told them to fax to me but they did not. Instead, they mailed it to me. I received it via mail 2 weeks later.

You have good enough time to wait for your 2009 transcript to be available. Call them back again in June.

I think it depends on who you talk to. The IRS operator I talked to offered to fax our transcript but I don't have a fax machine at home so I said to just mail it.
