Yup no news is good news but an RFE can happen at anytime. I have seen people have gotten one at five months.

I know its hard but just be patient and you will know in a month or a couple months there is of course no telling when someone will look at your case.

Just keep your fingers crossed. If you do get and RFE if you can send the documents they require in a timely fashion they will start processing your case again! An RFE isn't too bad once they receive it they will most likely get you approval soon after that.

Well sometimes getting RFEd is better than hearing absolutely zilch ,right?

Cos then atleast you know they are working on your application and usually people get RFEd for simple things missing.Once you send them back the appropriate response, your case processing resumes and generally finishes faster!

We would of course want our cases to go RFE free  !!
