How should I send in the evidence? (email/photographs)

I have lots of emails, but I was wondering what format or how should I attach them? I was thinking just copying and pasting the email headers/subjects all together at once on a word document, then printing that out (it should be several pages long then), then possibly using a marker to ink out personal information.

But, what should I ink out and what shouldn't I? Should I just be safe and not ink anything out unless it's something extremely important (like credit card info, etc?)

Also, for photographs, should I just send in the actual photographs? I have stored these photographs on a SD card, and I plan to go to Wal-Mart and just print them out again, this time choosing which ones I want to send in.

Also, another question is... how big should the I-129F packet be completed be? It seems there are lots of information, and I'm extremely new at this (but aren't we all). I am starting just the beginning processes and slowly gathering and filling out the application and information I need. The packet just seems like it'll be an overwhelming size.

Thanks.

Remember you have to prove that you have met in person within the last 2 years. Emails do not prove that. Photos are secondary evidence. You should send copies of ticket stubs, copies of passport stamps (with picture page copied also). hotel receipts, anything that shows you both at same place and same time within last two years. Including emails may help but do not prove that you met. Dont overwhelm them. I sent 8 photos, copies of passports and copies of tickets. I also sent some emails but they were more to prove that we had known each other prior to last fall.

If we have been living together in the same country for 2 years ( my fiance is stationed in the UK ) what proof can we send in except pictures?

If you have any documents (bills) showing you live in the same address would help along with the pictures. I think since you have the same address you won't have much problems showing you two have met.

OP: I just sent in copies of the photos along with copies of hotel receipts and boarding passes. I saved the e-mails and phone records for the interview but they were never asked for.

Okay first of all, he is stationed there so it is easy to show he has been to UK. Second anything with both your names, bills, receipt, bank accounts, etc. would work. Also statements from family notorized stating you lived together for that length of time would help.

Ok thanks - the only thing we will have his his assignment papers showing he was stationed in the UK (but i'm not sure how confidential they are) and photos. We dont have any joint accounts or bills that are in both our names as he pays the bills. I have my own cell bank statement with our address so would providing both his utility bills (his bank statements go to his APO address) and my bankstatement for the same period be sufficiant?

If you have separate bills or correspondance showing same address that would be good evidence along with the photos. Even your drivers licence showing the same address as bills or other correspondance that he has would establish that you lived together.

Be sure to look here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1guide

Lots of info there! DO NOT FORGET to make 2 copies of the final packet to keep. So when you rpint your pics, make 2 more sets.

Also, don't send too much, it can be a bad thing. I used that checklist in the link & just got approved.
