Are there any other docs that need to be sent to the Embassy other than the forms listed on their site? I am planning to send out the forms as soon as Ankara

receives our case from NVC and not wait for their letter/packet...

You are finished with the I-129F. The questions regarding Packet 3, Packet 4, the I-134, Medical Exam etc... should be posted in the forum titled US Embassy and Consulate Discussion because you are now asking questions about the US Embassy/Consulate procedure.

If you have the forms listed on their site, you probably have all papers that need to be sent. Doesn't that make sense.

There may be additional forms you need to take to the interview such as the Medical Exam records, Evidence of Relationship, originals of documents where copies were previously submitted for the I-129F, etc...

Best thing I can say is visit the website for the Ankara embassy. They list very specifically what you need to submit prior to the interview and what to bring with you. Be prepared for AP it is pretty standard.

Also we never received a packet from them we just downloaded everything from the website. His interview "letter" was an email, he never received a letter.

Thank you Belinda! The info on some Embassy sites is not always accurate or up to date, one can find contradictory statements in different parts of the site. This is why I'd rather

hear from those who have actual experience or know of people who do to ensure that we are covering all the bases.

Do you know how long will the Admin processing take for an Iranian female? Will they mail the Visa package to Iran?(I doubt it); An address in Turkey? or will it have to picked up(which I hope is the case)?

I don't know if they will mail it to an address in Turkey, I know he never received it in Iran. Doubtful you will be able to pick it up as the embassy is pretty picky about allowing people inside without an appointment buy you can try calling them. The best thing is to just download it from the internet.

Dear K1-Seeker,

You will receive an email from the NVC informing you of your case approval and sending it to Ankara. In a short time, less than a week, you will get an email from Ankara informing you that they have received your case. They will not send you paper forms. They will advise you to go to their site and get the forms. Here is the address: (http://turkey.usembassy.gov/visa_forms.html). It is up to date and has instructions too. You can go there and prepare your documents before receiving email from Ankara. This way, there will not be a delay in sending your documents with UPS to them.

Regards,

Kian.
