Hello Vjers.

I'm just curious and maybe this question been asked so many times before. Anyway, my fiance's going to have his interview but not too soon at Manila embassy. Is it ok or better for me to go w/ him during the interview? do they let the petitioner go in?

Because I'm thinking that it'll be a strong proof that our relationship is bonafide by seeing me there and to help and give my fiance support also.

What do u think??

In most case's USEM has and will allow the petitioner to accompany the interviewing immigrant, but the CO can deny. As for better or not to go with him is one's option, I did not, and my wife was in and out under 10 minutes. Had I been there I'm sure it would have taken longer and more questions would have been asked. The "strong proof" is in the documentation and totality of your petition. If you feel it will help, go for it. Just my option.

it is fine for you to be there with your fiancee. The manila embassy isnt too hard compared to other countries embassy's. Some countries they will outright deny you if you dont show up. I didnt go to Mhay's interview and she was fine. If you can afford the trip, then by all means go....but it isnt a requirement for you to be there. As long as you have your pictures together and show that you have still been communicating...that is all what you really need for the embassy. Also, have you checked out this link: http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwfk1en.pdf

Thank you so much.

I just want to see if it'll help a lot accompanying my fiance.

But I guess, i'd rather save the $$ and not to go.

there's more expenses after that for sure. =)
