So you suggest that it's okay to submit the requirements complete? Cause I just called the DFA(the one who process passport here in the Philippines), the estimated date that I will get my passport is on 1st week of July.... So it's okay that we will just send the DS-230 and the civil documents on July?

Yes, do not submit an incomplete DS-230 packet.

Did you know - you have 1 year to handle all NVC processing ? You can delay that even more, but must give NVC some heads up about it. That 'one year' is useful for people who are solely doing 'postal processing' - NVC actually sends out something every three months or so.

Most ppl want speed at NVC, and forget about the '1 year' span. Which is OK, mostly.

You'll be fine, IMO, with delaying now, and send in everything in July.

So now since my papers were pending right now because of my passport, can you help me now, what are the document that I need to prepare after the DS-230 form and Civil Documents if I have already completed them and send to the NVC, what will be the next?

which Bill Packet ? There are 2 'Bill Packets'.

I guess my case can't be complete because my passport is still on process for 2 weeks before they'll deliver it to me... Is it okay if my husband will just send the copy of my birth certificate, marriage certificate, the DS-230, my photos and the police certificate and to follow the photocopy of my BIO passport?

Then you are finished at NVC, for NVC processing.

IMO, the 'next documents' you must prepare is the medical exam.

no. don't confuse the I-864 and NVC process with what the K-1 visa folk must do with the I-134. Totally different process.
