DS-230 question 'Person(s) named in 14 and 29 who will accompany you to the United States now

My husband will wait till i get my visa and we will fly together. So in DS-230, question 31a asks for the 'Person(s) named in 14 and 29 who will accompany you to the United States now, Do I have to put my husband's name since we will fly together? We don't have children and I'm using DS-230 of 02-29-2012 version of the form..Pls help we have to submit this asap..thanks a lot :help:

06/2007 onward - long distance relationship went so well

01/2008 - My husband proposed to get married and I accepted it and planned/scheduled to meet me in person

09/06/2008 - I picked him up on the terminal 2 airport

10/08/2008 - We got married

01/29/2010 - Filed 1-130

04/12/2010 - 1-130 got approved

06/21-22 - Medical examination at St. Luke PASSED!!!

07/01/2010 - Interview PASSED! Love you Lord!!!!![/color][/size]

07/10/2010 - Arrived at AL USA with my husband

(POE- Dallas Forthworth Texas)

07/27/ and 08/03- Got 2 Welcome Letters

08/13/2010 - Got my GC [/size][/color]

04/26/12 - Submitted ROC documents

12/26/12 - RFE

Hi thnx for the respond...So it's eventhough we are DCF filers not CR-2/IR-1 and my husband is here with me and will accompany me in the states?

I just reviewed my DS-230 for my fiancee (now WIFE!!!) and that was left BLANK. We used a slightly older version of the DS 230 (5-31-2011). I believe the space is for anyone else (like a child etc.) who will be going with you. Your hubby doesn't count in this case.

Wherever it ask for your spouse name write in the name, if you have no other non-US Citizen(s) immigrating with you then all other questions will be NONE. Your spouse is a US Citizen and will not be immigrating.

Yep, Thanks to you all! The young lady on the window X who received the packet 3 that we just submitted today was not smiling and looks so serious and when we asked her how long does it takes before we get a packet 4 , she said 1 to 2 months. :whistle: But we don't believe her bcoz they said on the email that DCF takes 3 to 5 months, and in real person when you inquire they will tell you 3 to 6 months, 1-130 running on 4 months now ...And as I looked on the timelines of DFC'ers here in PH it takes like 1 to 3 weeks...we're praying that we can receive the packet 4 a week from now :lol::innocent:
