Hello members,

I'm going to file I751 soon. I have most of the supporting documents mentioned in the I751 instructions.

1) Is it mandatory to submit sworn affidavits even if I have enough other supporting documents? Will there be a interview if we don't submit them?

2) I have lived in 2 different addresses since my Conditonal resident status. Should I submit AR-11 now? Or is it enough if I mention in the I751 form?

Thanks

You should submit a change of address form AR-11 within the first ten days of the address change.

affidavits not required if you feel your evidence is enough.

You do not need to submit copies of AR-11 with your package but I don't think it hurts to do so.

Even we are thinking of not submitting the affidavits. Can we have some people respond to this topic?

We are including quite a bit of evidence see the topic that I started to see the evidence we are submitting. Click here to see our List of Evidence

Can we request people who have not submitted affidavits and have gotten approved without interview to respond?

Thanks.

we just submitted letters from friends (not notarized), I just drafted the letters and had them sign the letters. But you do not necessarily have to send them. They are considered really weak evidence. An immigration lawyer I know does not even send them. As for the AR-11, I wouldn't send it since they will use the address on you i-751 form.

Thanks Abhay for your response.

The reason I ask them is, it is mentioned in the instructions of I-751. Hence I would be interested to know if there are people who did NOT submit Affidavits and still got approved without an interview.

OK. Here!

I did NOT submit affidavits and got approved without an interview or RFEsmile.gif
