I start to fill I-751 form and I dont know how to put my husband name (I dont remember how we put on I-131). He is Jr and on the form is no space to put suffix, only family - first and middle name, its OK if I put Jr only next to the place where he sign (and he will sign with Jr too)?

N-400

10/21/11 - papers sent

10/24/11 at 8:45 Delivery confirmed

10/27/11 Check cashed

10/26/11 NOA1

11/4/11 Biometrics for 11/22/11

11/28/11 received notification that I am in line for interview scheduling

11/30/11 received both text and email that my N-400 is already schedule for interview

1/05/12 interview - passed !!!!

3/22/12 Oath Ceremony !!!!

Write it as it appears on his birth certificate - exactly.

You might want to review his 'passport name' . Mine is like this:

SMITH,Jr., Stephen Augustus

LASTNAME, SUFFIX, FIRST NAME, MIDDLE NAME

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

how is his name in his GC?

06/28/11 .. Mailed N-400 package via Priority mail with delivery confirmation

06/30/11 .. Package Delivered to Dallas Lockbox

07/06/11 .. Received e-mail notification of application acceptance

07/06/11 .. Check cashed

07/08/11 .. Received NOA letter

07/29/11 .. Received text/e-mail for biometrics notice

08/03/11 .. Received Biometrics letter - scheduled for 8/24/11

08/04/11 .. Walk-in finger prints done.

08/08/11 .. Received text/e-mail: Placed in line for interview scheduling

09/12/11 .. Received Yellow letter dated 9/7/11

09/13/11 .. Received text/e-mail: Interview scheduled

09/16/11 .. Received interview letter

10/19/11 .. Interview - PASSED

10/20/11 .. Received text/email: Oath scheduled

10/22/11 .. Received OATH letter

11/09/11 .. Oath ceremony
