My Fiance stayed in London for 7 months but she moves to different places. She only got the CRB for background check. Does she still need the Police Clearance from london? or the CRB would be enough evidence in Manila embassy? I know that she definitely need the police clearance from the PI..does she need two? or one is good enough(From the PI Ofcourse)

She needs a clearance for every place she has lived for more than 6 months since turning 16. I would have her get the police clearance for London. If she's back in the PI, she can request the police record from the British Consulate in Manila. As for the PI, the NBI clearance is all the Embassy requires. If she can get her barangay clearance, it doesn't hurt to have it just in case. A lot of folks on here will say she needs the Barangay clearance, but I haven't known of anyone actually being asked for it at interview. Good luck!

My Fiance and I been talking about this and I told her that she need a Police Clearance but she think CRB is the same as Police Clearance. I told her about this website and I just wanted to make sure. She will come back in the Philippines in less than 2 weeks from now. But anyway Thanks for your respond.

CRB is a work related background check, where the Police Clearance will verify whether she has a record or not. yeah, same info basically, but different than what the Embassy requires.
