i have a stupid question and iknow everyone have its answer but i want to know exactly

1- do he have to file form I-864 A? and what r the cases he need to file em for

2- what else he need more then his I-864 ? and it have to be his w2 or it can be his 1040 for the last 3 years

3- it have to be a verified copy from the IRS or it can just be a photocopy

4- he can just add his 1040 for the last year or it have to be the w2

5- about the sponsor is it enough his taxes for the last year (2009)?

Hello~ I will try to answer your questions but first I don't really understand what you are meaning.

Do you mean for your wife to fill out the I-864 for the affidavit of support?

At what part of your journey are you at right now?

Is your wife in Egypt with you now? Are you filing for DCF or for CR1 visa?

Once you get to the point of having an affidavit of support done, the sponsor needs to either submit the IRS transcripts OR the W2s along with the 1040. Which can be copies.

and my wife in america and we will have a joint sponsor
