Switching jobs after NVC Case Complete

Unfortunatly I could not hold off switching jobs until after Immigration was complete. The civil service drew my number and were like...its now, or you go to the back of the list. Not to mention it was a 10k pay increase...so yeah, not much of a choice here.

My case is complete at the NVC, So what do I do? Have to resubmit some forms? Or just send something with my wife to her interview.

Especially when it comes to the officer asking my wife what I do for a living when it comes time for the interview.

I am doing the CR-1 Visa.

Anyone have an experience with this? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

1-07-2010 : Filed I-130

1-08-2010 : Package Recieved

1-12-2010 : NOA1

3-12-2010 : NOA2

Your I-130 was approved in 59 days from your NOA1 date.

NVC

3-19-2010 : NVC Recieved. Case # Assigned

3-22-2010 : E-Mails Given to NVC Operator

3-25-2010 : Received DS-3032 and AOS Bill

3-25-2010 : Applied for EP/DS-3032 e-mailed

3-25-2010 : Pay AOS Bill Online

4-04-2010 : E-mailed I-864

4-08-2010 : EP Accepted/Paid IV Bill

4-12-2010 : E-mailed DS-230

4-16-2010 : All documents accepted at NVC

4-22-2010 : Log in Fail!!

5-27-2010 : Interview date assigned

7-21-2010 : Medical

7-26-2010 : Interview - APPROVED

8-18-2010 : POE - Ambassador Bridge

Nope - won't happen.

Whilst NVC reviews and aceepts the I-864,

the final adjudication occurs with the ConOff/VO on interview day -

Many ppl turn in a new I-864 if a new tax year occured between NVC and interview day, or if a change in job.

No Biggie, won't be thrown into AP.

Thanks, Easy enough. Just send a new I-864 and letter of employment from my employer with my wife to her interview (when we get assigned one)

As someone said in a different post, Owe you dinner! Lol, you might not ever have to cook again for the rest of your life with the ammount of people you have helped on here. Thanks again!

Well, if ya can't get the food to me, at least post some food pr0n fotos from time to time.

I'm on a weird diet this year - last 4 months was liquid raw veg, and started the south beach diet in May - so my types o food are severely restricted - however - food pr0n fotos are valued substitute !

If you could get food to me, and if I wasna on this diet thingie - I'd be clammering for poutine. Lots n Lots o poutine !
