You might want to think to add in Form G-1145G with yer I-130 petition submittal -

It 'gives you' electronic notification that the casefile was received. IMO, removes much worry.

It did work good too. I got the case number in the e-mail before I was able to get the NOA1....I was deployed at the time and I would have had to depend on someone to open my mail to get me the case number.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

You Brutus, thanks for the bump! I too got the email notification by email from Chicago lock box about the receipt.

On the same day (in the morning of 08/09) I sent an email to Chicago lock box about the PO Box issue (they changed it on 08/03), and received an email from them today that they are unable to locate my package and to provide more information. I replied to them that not to worry about it since I am not that much worried :-)

I had thought about that, but - I had successfully moaned and groaned to get this form added in to the I-130 instruction set for the IR-1/CR-1 Guide - so I'm happy.

I just bump this topic every once in a while - just in case ppl aren't reading the Guide here at VJ.

18/11/11: RFE received requesting AOS packet (which had already been sent)

21/11/11: RFE received requesting 2010 tax return

30/01/12: Interview @ 9am [APPROVED!!]
