Hey - not sure if this has been covered before - but -

can you add in a reference , at http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1

for the G-1145G form (uscis page reference http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=d9056d4e88ac3210VgnVCM100000b92ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD )

If submitted with I-130 (also for AOS) - USCIS sends email or text message on receipt of file.

Any thoughts to include this ? I think it's a good idea.

My only reservation with putting it in the I-130 guide would be that it might confuse some of the DCF filers. If a caution was put on it that it is not applicable to DCF filers, sure, yeah.

Ya, sure - I understand that -but - the I-130 guide (and the link) is gotten to ('from the guides') via this text on the click-link thingie -

US Citizen lives in the US & Spouse lives overseas:

So I think there is NO CONFUSION on DCF folksen. They have their own clickable link, as well.

Never underestimate a n00b's ability to be totally confused. :) If there was a comment after the G-11whatsit form saying "NB: this is not for DCFers; please refer to the DCF guide for I-130 advice" it might be avoided.

Eh, what do I know?
