I have a question could my US CITIZEN fiancee come and visit me in ITALY during the petition is in progress?

There are some laws or something like that to follow cause i don't found nothing.

I'm not sure of Italian immigration/custom laws, but a lot of fiance(e)s visit their SO's during this process.

No restriction on a USC to travel just because you will someday apply for a visa.....

I traveled two times during my wife's process

not specifically a K-1 visa issue... moving thread to working/traveling during immigration process forum

Your fiancee being a usc has the right to travel anytime he/she wants. You being processed for any kind of a visa will have no effect on his/her movements.

I traveled two times to Ukraine while our application was actually in process. Lots of us over in the RUB forum meet our wives or SOs in their country, or a third country somewhere. USC coming to Italy will be no trouble.
