Tired of USCIS nonsense?

Hi fellow VJers,

so I am having one of those really frustrating days and I thought I would share it with you! Yeah, yeah, I know what some of you might say...you have to be patient, you have to wait, it's a matter of a few days now before you get an update or something...well...

I AM TIRED! :diablo:

There I say it. I am tired of seeing so much nonsense in this whole process. I mean, how come people that filed WEEKS after me are getting interview letters? And their case is not transferred to CSC just like mine. And you would think $1000 were enough to pay for a person to perform a background check on me and my husband and make a decision in a timely matter just like for other people but no. The money for the lawyer for the K1 ( I didn't know VJ at the time :( ), the fees for the actual K1, the AOS fee, no, it's not enough. Not enough for these people to do their job in a logical manner at least.

I am not asking for my GC right now. I am aware of the processing times and I understand there is nothing wrong with my timeframe. All I am asking is that all cases are processed fairly and to be honest I don't see that happening. I checked the amount of cases in San Diego, although I am not even sure my case is there and they have 200. I mean, 200. Not 200,000. So what are tehy doing with my case?

Of course, I am no one to judge whether my case is simpler than others...but...I am from a low fraud country, I have TONS of legitimate proof my marriage is bona fide, my K1 was smooth, the info they have is the SAME from the K1. I never overstayed, I have no criminal records, my affidavit is very solid, vaccination sheet was there and completed. No idea what else they would want.

I'm sure a lot of you out there are in the same situation, I'm sure some of you will roll your eyes and just tell me to chill, I just thought I would share my frustration tonight.

Thanks for listening (or not!)

Tomorrow is another day... :clock:
