Everyone knows I have waited several weeks for M'hammeds DS-230 package to arrive........ now I find out even though he has a clean record and he has mailed me the extract of police report translated and the original extrait de la fiche anthropometrique...we need the The extrait du Casier Judiciaire( even though he has no court or police records)....... Secondly, M'hammed mailed me two passport size photos but with a plain blue background instead of white!!!! The operator at NVC told me tonight I can send what I have but they will probably request new photos with white background and also the The extrait du Casier Judiciaire.........has anyone had this same issues and not received an RFE??? or was told they can be brought to the interview???

We have just went through mail taking almost 4 weeks and another 5 weeks my mail and Ds forms sent to him was misplaced in casablanca and Im trying to avoid adding on another MONTH or so to get an interview.

Thanks for any input or suggestions or express mail suggestions for Morocco especially El jadida.........Thanks again, Lisa

well i dont know if its true, but the NVC operators don't really tell u the requirements. i know they'll say mail whatever u have but after the review send u an RFE. it clearly says it somewhere about the photo requirements that the background has to b white. i can't really say if they'll accept it or not but i hope someone here who's been through this situation is able to answer u.

he can maybe take another passport style photos and send u through email and u can get it printed here. tat's what i did.

I did not think of this on the passport photos!!!! Thank you so much...that will help...now he will still have to mail the The extrait du Casier Judiciaire, but at least I can have them maybe processing some of the documents unless they are like USCIS and stop the case until they get the requested RFE Documents.......Thanks for your advice. Its much appreciated....Hope you have a nice Friday and upcoming weekend
