I am in the process to file I-864 for my three siblings (F4). They are on the the same priority date, all are notified to start to process. Each of them have family with one child. I am sponsor all 3 principal applicants plus their family members. ( total 9 immigrants).

Correct me if I am wrong,

1> I need only file three I-864 forms for each principal applicant, and check Part3 item 9 to sponsor their family members.

2> On I-864 form, the Part 5 item f, should I include other siblings I am currently sponsoring or not? If so I am a little bit short on my own income, Then

3> Could I use my 401 account as asset to quilify?

Thanks for your help!

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
