We were touched today, 08/06, and I was wondering if it happened to anyone else!

I thought it was pretty strange :unsure: but hey... maybe it's good news coming :P

OUR COMPLETE TIMELINE

Latest steps:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!

Well allrighty then. I was touched also, but did not update my timeline, because of all my bad mouthing of USCIS.

Thought that maybe they were "tracking me down"!!! :lol:

We've been touched four days in a row, including today!!!! I thought it was just because of an email inquiry I sent, but I think four touches is more than just a move to a new pile. I hope it's not a transfer to another service center.

Oh, we are hoping for something big, casue right now our daughter and I are moving to South Africa on Friday, we go to Chicago tomorrow to get her passport and our visas, finally unite our family, and I am going to finish grad school. If we get approved this week, we will stay put, if not, South Africa here we come........

I need a touch sooooo badly! :crying:

I had to recharge my www.dynasky.com calling card, for my phone calls to China, today. Using a local access phone number, it costs $0.02/minute from the US to China. I recharged with $30/1500 mintues. I don't want to have to recharge this many more times! I want to be with my baby in person!!!

Come on, CSC, touch me! I like touches! They make me smile, Rong, too! :P

Sure hope the timeline projection is correct and this Wednesday is our day for P2!!!

03/30/2007 Applied for AOS and EAD.

OMG...I was touched today also. My file hadn't been touched at all until I called and email the USCIS last week and then I got my first touch on Aug 3rd.

My I-130 was approved on Thursday, but was touched again today. Strange....

I need my I-129F to be touched!!!

ONE DAY AT A TIME....

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

12/30/2008: Overnighted I-751 package to VSC

01/06/2009: Check cashed

01/06/2009: NOA (arrived 01/09/09)

01/23/2009: Biometrics appt letter received

01/31/2009: Biometrics scheduled

05/20/2009: APPROVED

06/23/2009: 10 Year Green Card arrived

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.
