What forms do I file? How much are fees?

Hello

Please I have a problem in filing the form,I just got married a week ago.I am trying to fill the 1-485 and I got confused somewhere like in Part 2. I came in on F1 visa and I dont know what to mark in Part2 in form i-485..

I want to know if these are the forms I need to fill.

Me

Form I-485

Form G-325A

Form I-765

Form I-864

Form I-693

MY WIFE

Form G-325A

Form I-130

I also want to know the total fees I need to pay,I heard is $1010 or $1365. Please let me know.Do I have to separete the check or just make it as a whole and send??????????????????????

There are Guides at the top of the page - you want the one that explains Adjustment of Status in country - I hope your spouse is a USC, you didn't mention this detail.

You pay $1010 for AOS and additional $355 for the I-130 - as you're adjusting from F-1 and not K1 or K3 visa. Best to have two separate checks.

that is I have to add make $1010 check for the I-485 package and another $355 for the I-130 package and make them into one package????????????????right
