my mail sent to supervisor???

hi guys quick question. have u guys ever encountered that ur mail was sent to supervisor????

i'm like sooo worried right now. i just called the NVC and the lady told me that my mail is sent to supervisor. i asked y she said she doesn't know.....is it normal?? she said i have to wait 2-4 weeks to hear about it.

i'm guessing they only have the AOS mail with them.....which i sent on april 29 express mail. they had no record of the mail until yesterday and said that they got it on the 5th.

should i talk to supervisor b4, he/she sends me an RFE on something they're probably confused about??? is it possible to have the operator transfer me to the supervisor???

Yes, you can call and have the operator transfer you to a supervisor.

lolz i just called and the operator said that she can't transfer me to the supervisor....darn it.....what's happening anyone knows??? or been through this situation y is it transferred to the supervisor.

i talked to 3 different oprators and they're giving me diff dates. one of 'em said that they received the package on the 3rd the other said 5th and now one of them said it was sent yesterday to the supervisor and its under revision ???

hi muskan4eve please dont panic your case is fine and iam suggest you please WAIT 3 to 4 week because i told many time to other member of the forum please please if you want to know about your case STATUS dont talk and dont ask about your case and any kind of inquiry to NVC operator all NVC operator is a NVC contractor nvc operator always give you wrong imformation and mis guide you because NVC contractor dont know how to operate immigration case on computer and even they dont know immigration policy .i am suggest you believe and depend

NVC TELEPHONE BASE COMPUTER AUTOMATED VOICE SERVICE and online case status service BECAUSE WHEN YOUR CASE IS COMPLETE AND YOU ENTER YOUR CASE STATUS AND YOU FIND YOU CANNOT ENTER YOUR CASE STATUS AND YOU SAW MESSAGE SIGN IS FAILED MEAN YOUR CASE IS COMPLETE . let supose for example if operator give you right imformation so why every single and every other operator give you your receving AOS date different some one say some date some one say other date.and please dont believe operator dont impatience and dont hurry up every thing done its own right time and wait for right time

i strongly believe in allaha and i think allaha know this is not my right time when my right time is come my noa2 is in my hand inshallaha and come to your question some time nvc officer analysis and reviewing op case file if officer found that op case is incomplete and some thing is missing and op asset and requirement is not meet poverty level only then NVC send RFE TO OP AND THIS IS NOT SERIOUS THIS IS NORMAL PROCESS

i dont meet the poverty line for sure but i had my brother as my joint sponser and he has an income of like more than 100,000 but i'm sure ther's some other reason....arghhh more frustration begins for me........o well all i can do is sit and wait for the RFE lolz.

y wont they transfer me to the supervisor though??

hi there are many other reasons behind AOS case for example if your brother is previous sponsor or co sponsor other blood relation person like father mother brother sister ext ext if NVC officer saw that your brother is support to many person and is income is not inuf meet povert level and in other hand NVC officer saw that your brother is only person who is only responsible for other family member so in that case NVC officer calculate and cut off equally your brother income and add and divide your brother income for every single member of the family if income is not inuf to support to all family member so only in that case NVC SEND RFE TO OP and your question about transfer they dont transfer because operator dont know which nvc dept take and have your case

I am not an expert on this, but my case was sent for supervisor review. It took 2 weeks.

Also, when we had and RFE, I called 3 times that day to finally sort out what document I needed to send. Don't hesitate to call and ask about your case!

also after how many days of sending AOS u received an answer from them about the AOS packet.

i just called the AVR said the following

doesn't this msg mean they've received the ds230 as well.

that's what the wiki says:

"The NVC has received the checklist letter response on May 13." Please allow 6-8 weeks from this date for the NVC to review your documentation and notify you of the outcome of the review."

ok so i called in again the operator told me that they've finished reviewing the AOS packet and there's no RFE for it and they're waiting for me to send in he ds230 packet which i mailed in on may 6th.

the may 13 thingi she said that they sent out an email saying something about missing ds230. darn it i forgot to tell her that i never got an email from them about that.

darn it you chose not to talk to a supervisor (IMO, you wasted your time, and theirs).
