As you are with one of the consulates where NVC requires that DS-230 parts I & II be submitted at NVC, you are not required to have the originals again for the interview as they are already in your file. You may need to have a photocopy of marriage, birth or any divorce certificates at interview stage if you wish the originals returned but I'm sure someone that was also required to sumbit parts 1 & II will be able to confirm this.

Other then that gather your evidence together of a bonafide marriage/relationship.

There would be no point as they will already have the I-864 and any supporting documents that you submitted at NVC. The only thing I was asked for is Dans most recent tax return because when he submitted the I-864, that year hadnt been required nor filed yet.

A few questions:

What is NBI clearance?

What do you mean by (nso)?

W-2 forms? Not just tax statements? Why?

About the 'recent income tax payment statement' - what is the difference between a payment statement and a regular tax transcript? If I owed tax $$ last year, do I need to present proof that the balance has been paid in full?

Thanks!
