Hi everyone .......

I filed my JOINT i751 in May 2009 and just received a notice that I will be interviewing on June 24th. Very anxious.... sleepless night have already started. Being 6 weeks pregnant my husband tells me not to worry but I cant help it. I will be informing you of what happens at the interview. I am also open to suggestions. When I hadnt recieved a response by about February I started thinking , I wish they`d send me some sort of notice be it an RFE or an Interview notice", now I am eating my words.

I wouldn't see it as a nightmare - they have to select % of filers for interview - it just happened to be you.

Get more documents with you - after your filing and don't worry too much.

There were reports of other members who were interviewed and they had no issues - why would they? Legit marriage, living together, papers in order.

Hi - it should be the least of your worries...

Walking in pregnant is basically putting the icing on the cake!!!!!!!

The IO has evidence staring at him/her in all honesty - the IO has only one option - an approval.

Interviews are randomly selected and have nothing to do with your file being suspicious or incomplete.

Actually, you are in a better position than the rest of us since you don't have to go online and check your status every day... you know it is June 24th. Listen to your husband and don't worry about it.

Also, if you are living with your husband and you are not married for immigration purposes only, then it will be very apparent to the IO.

Suggestion(s):

1. Go over your application and list of evidence you mailed - but most importantly your application. Make sure you both remember the answers you provided and just go over some minor details together - dates (wedding, proposal, DOB, etc...), special occasions, family relations and such...

2. If you have other evidence now, take it with you and always mention it to the IO that you have more evidence than what you submitted originally. one thing comes to mind is your 2009 tax returns.

I will post more when I think of things....

hope this helps
