Hi everyone,

Our K1 petition has been one wait after another. I know it has to do with our nationality as neither of us have been engaged/married or petitioned for anyone else and are 5 yrs apart in age. Our case went to AP after the interivew. The interivew experience itself was very pleasent.

My question is to those who have been through AP. What was your wait time? What the embassy say to you at the end of the interivew? They didn't even check the blue box that says we are in AP. He just told us, "there is a small check that remains and we will have an answer within 2 weeks." It is 2 weeks now and when I called DoS this AM---they said we are in AP. :(

So, please share your AP experience. Thanks!

Hi, just checking, so how long were you in AP? I'm currently there too but they had said soon as I submit the missing document the visa should be ready in a week's time. Thanks in advance and I hope you already went to marry your loved one :)
